About Us
Built by site people, not salespeople.
Most families build a house once in their life. Most contractors treat it like just another job, and the shortcuts show up years later when the contractor is long gone. We started JBN in 2012 because we had seen enough of that from the inside.
Today we build independent houses, villas, builder floors and commercial buildings across Delhi NCR. Every project gets a written scope, a named coordinator, and milestone-wise quality checks. Ashish, our founder, still walks each site personally before we hand over the keys. Old habit.

Everything in writing
Scope, rate, brands, payment slabs and timeline go into the agreement before work starts. If it's not written, we don't expect you to trust it.

Soil testing before foundations. Structural drawings before brickwork. Curing time is curing time, even when the schedule is tight.

Dates that mean something
The handover date in your agreement is planned backwards, milestone by milestone. Delays cost you rent, so we treat them as our problem.
